Information we save

Your name, email, phone number, shop website, platform, any optional catalogue details, priorities and message, plus the submission time and our internal onboarding notes.

Storage and access

Requests are saved in this website’s Cloudflare D1 database. Access to the application inbox is restricted to authorised Comerz.ai administrators. We send you a confirmation containing your submitted answers and an internal copy to our beta inbox through our business Gmail account. This website database is separate from product-catalogue workspaces in the Comerz.ai application.

How we contact you

We may contact you by email or phone about the beta and its onboarding. Submitting this form does not subscribe you to general marketing or create a paid subscription.

Keeping and removing your request

We keep your request while it is needed to organise the beta and your related communication. Contact beta@comerz.ai to request access, correction or deletion. We also use short-lived, hashed network identifiers to limit abusive form submissions.
